My Rules For Today Tomorrow and Beyond

For the rest of my days on Gods earth I will seek honor truth and integrity in every action I take and in every interaction that presents itself to me.

I will love and respect those I should, My God My Friends Myself.

I will live in the moment ever reminiscent of the past but focused clearly on the future.

I will exercise daily as to perfect the art of kettlebelling.

I will choose carefully what I put in my body in order to fuel it for the maximum extraction of energy and well being.

I will not go numb to the world but rather seek and embrace ever opportunity to grab hold of life.

I will seek Gods word as my instruction, make amends to those I owe I will give freely and accept with humility and kindness whatever is bestowed upon me.
